A second undercover video shows Planned Parenthood’s Medical Director Council President haggling over payments for intact fetal specimens and offering to use a “less crunchy technique” to get more intact body parts.

Planned Parenthood video 2 fetal bodies

The video is the second one released from a three year under cover investigation conducted by The Center for Medical Progress, dubbed “Human Capital.”

It is similar to last week’s viral video showing PPFA Senior Director of Medical Services Dr. Deborah Nucatola describing what sounds like illegal partial-birth abortions to get intact parts and suggesting a price range of $30 to $100 per specimen.

In the second video, CMP actors again posed as buyers as they met with Dr. Mary Gatter, President of Planned Parenthood’s Medical Directors’ Council, the central committee of all Planned Parenthood affiliate medical directors.

THE MONEY

The “buyers” ask Gatter, “What would you expect for intact [fetal] tissue?”

“Well, why don’t you start by telling me what you’re used to paying!” Gatter replies.

Gatter continues: “You know, in negotiations whoever throws out the figure first is at a loss, right?”

“I just don’t want to lowball,” suggesting, “$75 a specimen.”

Gatter claims that Planned Parenthood is not harvesting these baby parts for the money, “We’re not in it for the money,” she states, adding “The money is not the important thing.

But also says this, “But it has to be big enough that it’s worthwhile for me.

Planned Parenthood money isn't big enough

By the lunch’s end, Gatter suggests $100 per specimen is not enough and concludes, “Let me just figure out what others are getting, and if this is in the ballpark, then it’s fine, if it’s still low, then we can bump it up.”

Later possibly joking, “I want a Lamborghini.”

Less Crunchy Technique Planned Parenthood

Gatter suggests that the “actors” write a proposal which she will take to the abortionist to see if he can use a “”less crunchy technique” to get more “whole specimens.”

David Daleiden Planned Parenthood Center for Medical Progress

David Daleiden CMP’s Project Lead claims his videos prove the abortion business is profiting off the sale of aborted babies, noting “Planned Parenthood’s top leadership admits they harvest aborted baby parts and receive payments for this. Planned Parenthood’s only denial is that they make money off of baby parts, but that is a desperate lie that becomes more and more untenable as CMP reveals Planned Parenthood’s business operations and statements that prove otherwise.”

Planned Parenthood has admitted to participating in the grisly operation of harvesting aborted baby parts but has denied doing the Mengele type of experimenting for profit.

Seven State Governments have opened investigations into Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted fetal body parts, as have three Congressional Committees. The House Energy and Commerce Committee has called PPFA’s Senior Director of Medical Services to testify this month about the organization’s fetal tissue harvesting.
