Our Child Predator Investigation is a project that has gotten much media attention, as well as attention from legislators, attorneys, and law enforcement. This real-life coverup is, in fact, every parent’s worst nightmare. Our two- part investigation proves that the abortion industry, including the industry giants Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation, actively conceal statutory rape from parents and authorities.
In our first report, we document and provide over 800 phone calls that were made to Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation facilities across the country, in which a female caller portrayed a 13-year-old girl who was impregnated by an adult and seeking an abortion to conceal the illegal sexual relationship. Despite the fact that the clinic workers told the caller that the relationship was illegal, 91% of the taxpayer funded clinics agreed to illegally conceal the relationship. Additionally, they advised her to:
- lie about or conceal her age or the age of the man who impregnated her.
- gave her detailed instruction on how to circumvent the state’s parental notification law (often illegally)
- use a fictitious name, phone number, or address when she arrived at the facility
- keep the situation hidden by altering what she would say when she came to the facility
- and to be more careful about what information she gave out and to whom
Many clinic representatives told the caller that they deal with this situation “all the time” and that the advice they were giving her is the way they would normally handle it.
This cover-up is a major part of the national epidemic of older men sexually preying on underage girls. The latest statistics show that among girls 15 years old or younger that become pregnant, 60-80 percent are impregnated by adults. This cover-up allows young girls to continue to be victimized and their predators to skirt the law, and the abortion industry to make big money off the cover-up.
This decision to protect their bottom line has had very real consequences for young girls across the country, as can been seen in our new report called Actual Cases. The cases in this second part of the report are a representative sample of the total number of criminal prosecutions we found against men who have been caught having illegal sexual relationships with minor girls, where no report was ever made by the abortion providers.
Case after case, the girls continued to be raped and sexually abused – sometimes for years – after the abortion clinic where they were taken ignored the state’s mandatory reporting law. But once the situation was eventually revealed to the authorities, the perpetrator was arrested and the abuse ended immediately.
But there is also another hidden epidemic that is closely related to this issue, the girls who are attacked for refusing to have abortions. In many cases, these young girls seek abortions to keep the men who impregnate them from going to jail. However, men in adult-child sexual relationships often use intimidation and violence against their victims in order to keep them silent. Over the years, we have collected data on a large volume of cases where the victims of these attacks often suffer horrifying and crippling physical injuries or death, because she refused to have an abortion. The abortion industry is all too aware about this problem, but feels no obligation to interfere or assist the women in these situations. To learn more about this hidden violence, read the Under-The-Radar Violence report.
Compliance with mandatory reporting laws is crucial in dealing with our national epidemic of older males sexually exploiting underage girls. An epidemic that abortion providers, like Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation, wants people to forget about!
