CLINIC: We can refer you to Olympia or if you want to check in the phone directory.
CALLER: Okay. Well, do you have the number for the one in Olympia?
CLINIC: No. Here, there two different places is Sound Choice or Eastside Women’s Health.
CALLER: Okay.
CLINIC: Um-hum.
CALLER: All right. Well, do you know — I’m just worried because like I’m going to be 14 like later on this month, and my friend told me that you guys would have to tell my parents. But my boyfriend’s 22. Could he just sign whatever it is and they wouldn’t have to tell anybody?
CLINIC: What do you mean? To do the termination?
CALLER: Uh-huh.
CLINIC: You need to call them and I don’t know (unclear) but you need to talk to them.
CALLER: Okay.
CLINIC: Okay?
CALLER: Well, could I come in there for a pregnancy test just to see if I was pregnant?
CLINIC: Over here?
CALLER: Uh-huh.
CLINIC: Yes. Uh-huh.
CALLER: But my boyfriend would have to bring me. Would that be all right if he was there with me?
CLINIC: It won’t be any problem. It’s up to you.
CALLER: Oh. But would you have to tell anybody that I was getting a pregnancy test though?
CLINIC: You mean we?
CALLER: Right.
CLINIC: No. We cannot. We don’t. It’s up to you.
CALLER: Oh, okay.
CLINIC: Okay?
CALLER: Well, if it turned out that I wasn’t pregnant, could I get birth control?
CLINIC: Yes.
CALLER: Okay. But would you have to tell anybody if I was on birth control though?
CLINIC: No. We don’t do those kind of things. Unless you wanted to talk to somebody and let us know you want some help, but that’s it.
CALLER: Oh, okay.

CALLER: And the other lady I talked to said that there was a price difference for how far you are, but I don’t know how far I am. And my last period was January 3rd. So I was wondering.
CLINIC: Okay. Hang on just one second.

CLINIC: January 3rd was the first day of your last period?
CALLER: Right.
CLINIC: Today is March 8th. So today, you’re nine weeks.
CALLER: Okay. So how much would it cost then?
CLINIC: $450. Where do you live?
CALLER: I live in Spokane.
CLINIC: Okay. Well, you know, there’s the — You can apply for medical coupons. How old are you?
CALLER: Well, I’ll be 14 later on this month. That was another one of my questions. My friend told me that you guys would have to tell my parents. But my boyfriend’s 22. Is that old enough to take care of it, and you wouldn’t have to tell anybody?
CLINIC: Well, we don’t tell anybody.

CLINIC: You can apply for emergency medical coupons through the Department of Health and Social Services.
CALLER: Well, would they have to tell my parents though?
CLINIC: No.

CLINIC: You haven’t had one yet?
CALLER: Well, no. I just haven’t had my period in a long time, and I’m just really scared.

CALLER: Oh, well what time — How late are you guys open today?

CALLER: Okay. Well, my boyfriend gets off of work at 5. I don’t know if that’ll — How long does it take to take the pregnancy?
CLINIC: Well, it doesn’t take long. It just depends how many people are ahead of you. But we’re going to see you for sure.

CLINIC: And you have to wait for him to bring you; is that the deal?
CALLER: Yeah. He’d be the only way I could get there because I’m not old enough to drive yet.

CALLER: It’s just that we don’t want to worry about all this again.
